IPO Closed from 2pm-4pm this Thursday, July 10

The ID & Privileges Office will be closed between the hours of 2pm-4pm this Thursday, July 10 due to an important staff training session. 

Entry-Exit Control staff at Regenstein will be available to issue day passes to visitors as needed.

Digital passport photos now available

Due to high demand and the change in US passport application requirements, the ID & Privileges Office now sells digital passport photographs.  This sevice is offered in addition to the standard printed passport photograph service.

CTA passes no longer sold by the IPO

The ID & Privileges Office is no longer selling CTA ticket fare.  However, we've listed options for purchase below, depending on whether you're an individual looking for one-off purchases or if you're looking to purchase fare in bulk for a University department.

IPO now accepting Visa Card and MasterCard

We're pleased to announce that the ID & Privileges Office now accepts Visa Card and MasterCard payment for Library fines, card replacements, CTA ticket fare, and all of our other services.

We also accept cash, check, money order, and interdepartmental order forms (or 62 forms).
